1 - No way to know, could be either. Does it make a difference.. not a whole lot.

2 - The charge-off from the OC is correct. If the collection agencies do not ALSO show up on your credit report yet, be prepared, they probably will and you'll have 2 entries on your CR.

3 - No, its correct as it stands.

4 - They CAN NOT put an obsolete debt back on your reports once past the 7 yr reporting period. If they do, its illegal, you can sue, and its relatively easy to remove. Re-aging can happen, yes, but as long as you keep an eye on them and keep copies of reports, you can fight it.
