I was recently contacted (again) by JBC regarding an issue with a forged check from 1999 that had previously been cleared by my bank and a prior collection agency. I sent them affadavits of forgery and all of the other documents that I have compiled since 1999 a few weeks ago, and they responded with a $1000 fine on top of the original amount of the "bad check". I called them today and got as far as the woman who was answering the phone. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and she told me to stop acting "like a child". I told her I was going to act however I want and to put me in touch with a supervisor. She started getting uppity and insulting and told me I wouldn't be in this situation if I didn't bounce the check to begin with. I responded with, "Fuck you bitch." She hung up on me and I felt better. Anyone else having problems with JBC that wants to file a class action suit? These bastards need to be bitchslapped.
