The FTC called me yesterday. It has been continued to sometime in mid july. 2 weeks ago someone made a mistake and somehow closed the case. Nobody even noticed and the case was reopened on june 6th. take about retarded. Also, the ftc and that jackass criminal sussman reached an unknown agreement and his bank account was unfrozen. Once again we have a travesty of justice. Are they still sending you letters telling you that you will go to jail. If so immediately file a complaint with the FTC again. Do you have one from the last 1-2 weeks? If so email me at picantel4343@hotmail.com . I want a copy of it. I can send it to my FTC contact and within the hour it will be on the head investigators desk. They are banned from violating the fdcpa or fcra.
