Ok the magistrate made his decision after nearly 11 weeks if anyone remember that far back when I sued experian. Keep in mind the magistrates decision goes before the judge for a signoff and experian can appeal which those arrogant fools will do. I was awarded $1000 + court costs and interest at 10%. Yes, by some miracle the consumer beat big bad mighty experian. they will appeal and win but damn it feels good putting those #^$#^%$ in their places. Guess what Experian? I am gonna file lawsuit #2 against you as soon as this one is finished. I told you if you screwed with me and my credit I would not stand back and take it. Now you gotta do what I asked or I will refile against you for the old violations you did which makes TWO more lawsuits. To JR or Whychat: My case was small claims and carla blair their rep showed up. In an appeal would she show up again or would they need to hire and attorney?
