Right,

And let's not forget the disabled. It's not nice to pick on the disabled and cause them stress. Also, go where these roaches cannot. Use the press. Letter to the editor advising any and all readers to beware of phony lawsuits?
How about calling local talk shows and giving Rufus "Bud" "The Dean of Bad Debt" and his sleazebag cronies a bit of pretrial publicity?
Wouldn't this be consumer fraud as well? A few years ago Consumers Union based in New York, you know they publish consumer reports, was very interested in the bankruptcy reform bills as they saw these as opportunity for fishing expeditions on part of banks and collectors. Perhaps they need a call.
How about getting the names of those sued and sending them a form letter advising them to contact their AG, FTC, visit this and other websites, to protect themselves from the Reitzel Cabal? I'm game, will happily stuff envelopes.
Look, enough is enough with these bags of rodent faeces. This board is accused by the ignorant of advising as to how to not pay debts. The truth lies elsewhere. This board is about protecting more and more people from the abuse, vicious incursions, and downright fraud via the legal system. This writer is one of many old friends of AssXXXX crAp-ceptic Craproration, doubtless there are thousands of others.
And by the way, ol'Rufus' property holdings in Polk County, Florida can't possibly enjoy homestead protection, and his mansions in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, are perhaps exposed to legal consequence as well.
They want to accuse us of taking things personally? Well, like George Patton, some of us do indeed take insults from these worms rather personally. Perhaps to these spirochetes it's just a numbers & money game, to us it's life and death. Time to level the playing field by way of legal and media action?
Let's see what we all can come up with to make the life of Nathaniel 'Brad' Bradley, President of this fine company, more exciting. Perhaps some legal muck should be slopped on their gilded plates for a change.

Excitedly,

Keyser Soze
