I had them on over 60 violations but those centered around 3 things mainly. I live in ohio and experian is in texas. She had to fly here for mediation and then fly back for the hearing. One word of warning- expect the unexpected. She will lie even under oath so when you go first only give a generalization. Then she responds. Then you ask quesitons. Then she lies. then you whip out your proof. I let her hang herself before I showed the magistrate she was a liar. they will fight back. I offered them simple deletion no cash at mediation and they refused. They have alot of power, alot of cash, and alot of arrogance and will fight back no matter how much it cost them. you have to lay a heavy papertrail or you will get rolled.
