If the judgment states 'X' $$$ per month until $2000 is paid, they are not entitled to interest or any other fees - as long as you pay on time - or according to the judgment. If there is interest, it must be stated in the settlement. If there are late fees they must be stated in the settlement.

READ YOUR CONSENT JUDGMENT CAREFULLY. As long as you do your part, they are bound by what is in the agreement.

It would be unlawful to try collect money that was not really due to them.
