You can stop the harrassment yourself.

Simply send them a letter. Check out WhyChat's website. I believe what you need is a cease and desist. It stops all communication except to (1) acknowledge your letter and (2) to advise you that they are taking legal action.

Also go to budhibbs.com for another good letter to stop the calls.

If they continue to call you can sue them for violations of the FDCRA. Send your letters certified, return receipt requested.

Once they receive the letters, all communication should stop.
