Would appreciate any new direction to take. I purchased a home about 3 years ago and my mom was the Co-borrower. A year later mom filed for Chapter 13. We did not loose the home as it was protected. Recently this bankruptcy is showing up on my credit reports. I have written letters to one of the bureau's but they say that it has to remain there and is showing me as secondary person on her bankruptcy. Is there any thing I can do about this?
