I just called providian and they say they cannot give me any information regarding this account since it has been sold to the collection agency,they said I have to speak to them. However, my mother told me that she used CCCS for a couple of months and I found a receipt that shows the last payment to cccs was made on 07/25/01. so I guess they are within the SOL, right? thanks
