Ignore this IDIOT, he's a child who has no idea what he's talking about ! If the debt is included in a bankruptcy, then it is ILLEGAL for ANY creditor to continue with collection activities !! It is a violation of the Federal Bankruptcy law and Sherman can be fined and sanctioned for their actions. The FTC considers Credit report entries to be collection activities, so Sherman is treading in quicksand and looking to be bitch-slapped by the Feds. Notify your lawyer ASAP of this ILLEGAL COLLECTION entry on your credit report and have him/her write Sherman ASSkissitions a stern letter reminding them that you are in bankruptcy and that their reporting activity is breaking the law !! Their entry MUST be removed from your report, or I'd sue the scumbags !!
