FL has a 100% homestead exemption for a primary residence. They cannot take the home and its unlikely that they'll even try to place a lien on it, especially since she is NOT the sole owner. SOL in FL is a mere FOUR YEARS.
Do you, or she, have copies of her credit reports ? It will give you dates you need to figure the SOL.
