Yeah.. right.. and the moon is made of green cheese. They BUY debt.. but their classification is still that of a collection agency. I have seen COLLECTION letters from S.A. The other companies they 'place' accounts with are almost ALWAYS their own sister companies or DBA names... it all amounts to the same thing.. S.A. is collecting on the debt, no matter what name they try to hide behind !
