If you do that, you will need to have the CA plantiff agree, they WILL NOT. Get a lawyer or legal aid, or use the forms from my site to file an answer and notice of appearance, and SHOW UP.

9 times out of 10, once you show up and demand proof of the CA having the correct information, they fold.They are only looking for people who don't appear, and don't fight back, like most bullies and cowards they can be beat if you stand up to them.
