There are no remedies except to sue. That is the whole problem. If they are inaccurately reporting information, refuse to fix it, get sued over it, lose, pay the bill, and still refuse to fix it then what the heck can I do. Could I just send in a new dispute letter which in essence creates a new violation if they refuse to fix this?
