The automatic stay that goes into effect as soon as your case is filed and assigned a case number ABSOULTEY PROHIBITS any collection activities for ANY reason. You are in bankruptcy and you are protected by the automatic stay. Once the bankruptcy is discharged, which is a court-ordered injunction, protects you from collection rats on discharged debts. It becomes a permanent stay and if they violate that stay, they are in HUGE trouble.
