55% isn't all that great an offer, and I, for one, wouldn't take it. YOU send THEM a settlement offer if you must, and offer them 30-35% to start with. Of course you want to include the stipulation that they delete their scummy tradelines from your report before you'll pay them a skinny nickel !! Send it certified, RRR -naturally !
