Yes, but there are a number of us talking about your letter and most of us are having a difficult time with your THEORY. I trusted you and followed your instructions to the letter. I have read your "legal basis" many times. I have spent hours trying to understand. Are you saying that by sending them (OC) a HIPAA letter we were puting them on notice that they (and or the CA) would be violating the FCRA or HIPAA if they complied with our request? Violation 1)We pay our bill to the OC and they notify their CA. Violation 2) We dispute with CRA and say the information is not accurate (which it isn't because we paid them.) If the CA validates to the CRA the OC is in violation of HIPAA. Violation 3) If CA does not validate to CRA they are in violation of the FCRA, and the tradeline must be removed.

Am I close?
