with me they stopped after the cease & desist letter, however I still had to request validation... Wolpoff like to use arbitration, they won 17K from me...but I do not have 17K so in essence they won nothing....if they persue & get a jugment, then the court will look for assets.....Assets? I have none...so basically there is nothing they can do...last resort, if it persists Bankruptcy...
