Mind if I ask what type of position you're interviewing for ? The bankruptcy is obvious, but Fed law prohibits an employer from discriminating based on a bankruptcy. The question then is, why WERE you late on BofA and why did Providian charge-off the account ? Had you moved at all during that time frame ?
Did you travel for your job ?
