If it is ACTUALLY on your report, and is a bill you were responsible for, then you should try paying it with the "HIPAA letter" from my website,and present the proof of the payment with a copy of the letter to your mortgage broker.

IF you had "opted out" several months prior to applying for a mortgage, these collection agencies that poison your reports would not have had the opportunity to do so.
