Hello,
I am planning on filing ch 7 online. I have no assets, One question.how would you list something that hasn't taken place yet. or may not?
I had a deed to a house awarded thru divorce , but was not on the mortgage.In the divorce decree I was to make the payments & get a quitclaim deed to the house...I could not make the payments & they foreclosed, Amount owed was 68K & they sold it on auction for 38K & now it is on the market for 58K...If they go after my X husband for any balance due, he will claim, that I got the house in the divorce & was supposed to pay the bill....anyway how would I lust this on CH.7 if I don;t know the amount? or if the mortgage company will come after me for it or my X..if they go atfer him, he will come after me...So do I list them both??? and what would I put for an amount if I don't know it?would it be unsecured, since the house is gone? Thanks..
