Not so Bad Results but lousy score

I disputed 2 civil judgements and 3 collections.Got 2 collections deleted, but the 3rd at the last minute verified the acct. Judgements also verified. I disputed as not mine. The collection that was verified is past the sol. Its will drop off 3/2004. What should my next move be? My TU score is 503 and need a car loan. Any suggestions?
