First file a complaint with the bbb and your states and their states attorney general and wait for the responses. If they do not respond by july 6th to your first DV send another one and give them 15 days. You will have to wait on the bbb and AG anyway. Once you get the results depending on what happens you send a 48 hour intent to sue. then you sue. you do not sue now or you will get creamed in court.
