Debtor's prison in the US was abolished in the late 1800's !!! You cannot be arrested for not paying your debts.

About the only thing that *could* happen is if you were sued, a judment issued, then you ignored answering interogatories or a summons for a debtor's examination. Then a bench warrant *might* be issued for you arrest to force you into court. Unless you're out of hte country for months at a time, I doubt even that would happen w/o you knowing about it.
