yeah, i have dealt with NCO. i had an unpaid verizon phonebill which was high and got old. this appeared on my credit report under 'marlin integrated', but apparantly NCO must have purchased it. NCO gave me a settlement on the phone bill, which i paid. a couple months later i got my credit report again, disputed the 'marlin integrated' debt, and it got deleted.
