Her credit will not and can not effect your credit, UNLESS she is sued, in which case your joint assets and bank accounts may be affected.

If you put her on any of your existing accounts, then PERHAPS some of her "bad" credit might spill over accidently, but it can be removed.

A husband and wife do NOT share "credit" except on joint accounts, community property State or not.
