If her charge-offs are a year or more old, I doubt very much that these are original creditors.

The ONLY thing you DO have to watch for, would be debts she incurred AFTER you were married,in that case, the creditors COULD go after you, (in a community property State or not)

In any case, a registered letter, return receipt to the creditor, stating she is not permitted to receive calls at work, should stop them.

I urge you to take a good look at her credit report, and make sure you have ALL the facts.
