It is possible that you are already beyond SOL, as the payments to CCCS do not count. What does your Experian credit report say is the "come-off" date for these accounts from the OC? Don't worry about "Bill Collector" or "Debt Collector" This forum is frequently under attack by various collection agency stooges trying to disrupt the forum.
