Thanks for your response Why Chat. My come off date for my 5 cc's vary for some reason. All went into the CCC program at the same time. It seems the OC wrote them off dureing the time I was in CCC. Some after 6 months, some after 1 year. Can I respond some how to the Bureaus that the "come off " date should be 7 years from the time I started CCCC?

Also should the come off date be 7 years when I first went late or start when the OC finally "wrote it off" ? BOA waited 8 months to "charge off"

One last question. My SOL is 4 years. Would I go by the "come off" date minus 3?
