hey most people on this forun have been there before or are in your exact situation right now so glenn just stay positive & it'll work out . im no expert by far but in my opinion id STOP TALKING to ALL your creditors period , best way is to screen your calls by getting caller ID and do not answer "out of area" or numbers you dont know . yes the property is an extra tough position so id listen to your attorney on that but for real those losers a$$ collectors will tell you anything ( 95 % lies ) just to make that extra couple dollars on their commission to upsize their extra value meal on the # 4 at mickey d' so really dont talk to them , trust me ok its not worth you getting sick over & taking meds , STAY POSITIVE ! good luck , kelly ..........
