If you have property in the US, and you stop paying the creditors,you MAY still be within the SOL (statute of limitations) for being sued on those accounts,and having your property liened. Since you are non-resident you would not even be able to claim any homestead exemption. Once you have finished what you started,you will be in a better position to think clearly about your situation without risking your US assets. I am not a fan of CCCS, however,most likely the same valid reasons that kept you from declaring BK 3 years ago, still exist to prevent you from defaulting on the CCCS arrangements.
