They can petition to reopen your case. However, its up to the BK court as to wheter or no they succeed. Just because they petition, doesn't mean they're going to win !!

Have you asked if there's anyone else in your attorney's office who can step in and handle this while yours is out of the country ? You really need your lawyer in on this.
