this is regarding the re-opening of the bankruptcy by Mortgage Electronic Systems. My attorney's Secy. will E-Mail him monday and scan the papers.
I just am sick over worrieng about this do you have any idea what would happen if the BK court does annul the debt on the house??? They have already forclosed besides the bankruptcy, what would that mean to me?? I appreciate you help. Thank you.
