Wells Fargo Student Loan

We filed bankruptcy in 1999 and Wells Fargo was listed as discharged. This was a student loan through the Consern program. I know that federal student loans are not dischargeable but was wondering if this one was. We have been making payments to them (even though they show a charge off on our credit report) but I'm wonder if we need to? We still owe them about $6000. I was able to get the credit bureaus to mark it as included in the bankruptcy.

Does anyone have any advice? Should we continue to pay ($300 a month)? What happens if we don't? I'm leary about settling since it has already been 4 years since the charge off. I don't want to re-age this account. It is the only charge off we have on our credit report.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
