Mortgage One - the first lender?

Alliance - the buyer from Mortgage One?

Mortgage Electronic Services - the buyer from Alliance OR are they acting as the Trustee in filing the foreclosure?

When a loan is sold, BOTH the original lender and the buyer of the loan MUST send you a notice that tells you the date that the transfer becomes effective.

Take the letter from Alliance to your attorney. If Mortage One is the actual current owner of the loan - it doesn't look like you're the only one who doesn't know it!!
