I'm not explaining this very well, i apologize.
When I bought my home the Mortgage lender was Market Street Mortgage. Afew years later Alliance bought the note ( I understand that they buy a block of mortgages at a time.) When I began havng problems and finally realized I would have to let my home go Alliance was still the Mortgage lender.
Then I received the forclosure notices and Mortgage Elecrtonic Services was the Plaintiff.
I thought because it came from a lawyer's office that they were representing Alliance Mortgage.
Alliance was the mortgage co. listed with my other debts in the BK.
Now over a year later Mortgage Electronic Services is going back to Federal bankruptcy court to have the bankruptcy annulled because they weren't specifically named instead of Alliance. Thant's what I underatand the court date notice says.
