Thanks for the help. I am currently employed, and I live in NY, so wages can be garnished. I was working part time for the last 5-6 years as this was what got me in this situation in the first place. I do "Not" wish for my current job to be in jeopardy as to wage garnishment since I work for a state employer. I am going to talk to a BK lawyer asap to get this mess sraightened up once in for all!
