Hi,
I have a situation, My Aunt found out last year when my Mother passed away that when the two of them were living together, & then my Aunt moved out, My Mother had received credit card offers in the mail, some addressed to them both & some just to my Aunt, well my Mother was in her 70's & sent the applications off, got the cards & paid on them until she passed away.logical huh? any way, now my Aunt is getting collection & arbitration letters wanting the money, I had sent them all notices that it was idtenty fraud, that my Aunt had not signed for the cards my Mother did. Yet they persue, what should I do next, send another letter stating the facts, or is there a form letter.. thanks
