Why Chat

This is in regards to your answer http://www.cardreport.com/wwwboard/messages/14544.html

My "come off" dates on Experian are 7 years to the month from the time I last made a payment to CCCS. You said payments to CCCS don't count. Is it because CCCS is considered a partial payment? How do I go about changing the date with the CRA's? Is there some kind of statute or something I can quote?

It looks like when I started CCCS, the accounts were brought back to "current status" because I started the program. Would this be considered "re-ageing" ? (It's important to know that I was 2 months late when I started CCCS. The accounts had not been charged off yet but were closed)

I guess my question is, are you sure the SOL would begin on the first late BEFORE CCCS, not when I stopped. The reason I need to know is because I may be past the SOL.
