No offense, "Jo", but I have read your posts, a do it yourself BK is NOT tat simple, even for someone who completely unerstands the laws involved. MANY MANY BK lawyers make double their ordinary fees "fixing" do-it yourself BK's that have been dismissed or so messed up as to be useless.
