Checking on Bankruptcy Ch. 7. Do you think this is an option for me? I have those 4 charged off accounts, approx. $5,500, actually the Penney's one I'm going to pay out right, that's only $275. Have utilized CCCS in the past. No longer using them. Need to do something pretty quick before they sue. What do you guys recommend? I really own nothing. I believe my house mortgage my name is on the deed but not the mortgage. Other than that, I own NOTHING. Everything is in my husband's name. Please advise when you get a chance, and thanks again for your time! Jenn in CT
