Lady is correct.

File this information somewhere in case you are sued.

If you will be out of the Court's jurisdiciton, that is out of town or out of the country, you file a notice to the court that you will be unavailable from 1st date to 2nd date. Request that no motions or actions be scheduled during thise time.

I suggest taking it directly to the court clerk at the courthouse and having it stamped. Also get your copy stamped as proof. Also send the same information to the attorney in question.

In the event something happens when you are gone, you have grounds to have it set aside.
