You purchased through a re-seller. Try disputing directly to the reseller(that's what equifax said I had to do). At that point, reseller gave me a number to call for dispute. All took about 10 min per call. Also - see responses under "where to dispute first???" (6/13/03) to find listing of online dispute addresses.
