Mortgage Assistance Company?? Is that anything like a "Debt Repair" or other so-called credit repair scam? Where did you get these people from?An e-mail spam ad? Did you check them out with ANYONE? You seem to be doing a lot of thrashing around with your credit problems, while throwing out (usually incorrect) advice to others. How about settling down and seeing a LAWYER, instead of throwing good $$ after bad. Why CH13?
With your problems, and obvious inability to deal with them realistically, you should take CH7, as you will NEVER have the ability to complete a CH13.
