What State are you in?Unless you are in Rhode Island or Wyoming,the debt is no longer legally collectible. If you go to my website, posted below (under "Newcomers") you will find a form lette to use to send them, (letter to CA re SOL) They cannot reinsert it on your report LEGALLY,however, if you send them the warning letter, you can avoid fighting ILLEGAL reinsertions.
