Your mortgage should show how the property was titled, as that is the way it was conveyed to the lienholder.In general, however, as I understand it, in States like Del. with no homestead exemption, ALL joint ownerships are conveyed as "Estate In The Entireties" which makes sense, as it as protection for the lienholder's interests as well as yours.
