By accident the case was closed. I just love clerical error. IT has been rescheduled for mid july. However, NCC just lost a $167,000 class action lawsuit and have just had garnishment proceedings started against them. LOL. also, someone just filed a federal lawsuit against them in hawaii so now the pain is coming. The class action had 32 people involved. If the garnishment works another may be started. I fully expect nothing to come out of it though as they will either shortly flee the country or go to prison where they so rightfully belong.
