ok im getting it now , the publishing in the paper is now clear .. the guy im helping is my b/f's buddy that lives right near us whos having a very tough time becouse of a job layoff & he lives over his means anyway .. ive got him screening his calls with caller ID but the collection notices scare him & of course thats what their meant to do .. i do know if you live here in nevada you can only be sued here in nevada becouse of the closed border state law & all his collection notices are as of now from the origional creditor from out of state but hes thinking of moving across the river into bullhead city arizona so i wanted to know how he would be served if even served while here .. thanx whychat , kelly :) .............
