First you send a validation letter to each either mailed certified or faxed. Then the day they sign for it you turn around and dispute with the credit bureaus(all 3). then you file a complaint with the attorney general in your state and theirs and you file a report for both with the BBB. Create a papertrail. they will either do the right thing, obey the law, and delete all tradelines and stop collecting or they will hang themselves in which you take the offensive.
